Compact, durable and covers more than just the very center of Lisbon. Street names are readable, despite compact map.
Also, it was hard to tell distances - there are many sub-maps on the one general map, so it's hard to tell how the city fits together. It took the 3 days we were in Lisbon to figure out how the map worked - and then we left. I'd rather one large paper map that shows everything at once.
We ordered this Lisbon Map for a trip later this year, so I can't speak to this particular map, however we've used Streetwise Maps previously and found them to be accurate and detailed. As an example , in our last trip to Paris the Paris Streetwise Map showed the street where our apt was, when other maps didn't. I wouldn't travel without one.
Glossy map so impossible to write on, couldn't even circle where our apartment was. Plus the writing is so small we couldn't even read it. Don't bother getting this in advance of your trip, there are plenty of places to pick up a better, free map in Lisbon
Although with all new technology I like to have a map to give me a clear location where I’m going and have an idea how far I need to go. I wish it had clear attractions locations. I don’t know my way around Lisbon so I had to mark the places I would like to visit and they were hard to find.
